Hero within

Stronger than news

Breaking news will break your heart if you don't listen properly. Don't let that happen. Have you seen how they repeat the same bad news every 30 minutes, or hour? Again and again, in our new global world, it's bad news from everywhere.

Soon you'll start lamenting "where all the good men gone?” Where is she fighting the rising odd? Where's the fast and strong hero? Is he on the front page? No! Is she on the 7 o’clock new? No!

The hero is around you. She's the friend that phoned to say "Hi". He's the teacher that had enough of your games and turned your attention in the right direction. She's the mother who held with love. He's the one who loved you. She's here, he's there, and they’re everywhere.

Can you see him? Did you find her? Every time you hear the breaking news, don't let it break your heart. Turn around and notice your heroes. See how you have been the silent hero too; fast, friendly, strict, gentle, strong, quick, swift, patient, a chum, pleasant, a defender of the weak, a companion, kind, calm, tall... and there’s many more adjectives.

Look hard and you'll see you’re a hero. Look hard and you’ll find your heroes.

With a little bit

And not much more

When you travel to an unknown place, you need two things; luck and attitude. With a little bit of luck you'll make it to your destination. With a little bit of attitude you'll manage the irritations. See, that's all you need.

I've heard the expression: "With my luck...". And some are just outrageous but most are negative. For example, "With my luck the bus will be delayed, I'll miss the train, then next one will arrive on time but there won't be space."

It sounds much better if you said: "With a little bit of luck I'll get to my destination even if the buss is delayed and I miss my train, even if the next train is full". You can even improve it: "With a little bit of luck my trip will be enjoyable".

The right attitude will take care of the little irritations. Create your luck a little bit at a time and adopt the attitude that will give a paradise regardless of what happens. That's control and you can have it.

Happily Ever before

The key to happiness now

"And they lived happily ever after". But the happiness didn't start there. It's started a few days, weeks, and months ago with the first look, the word. It later turned into a stare and a phrase.

The conversations became longer and the stares deeper. The phrase transformed into more elaborate prose. Happily ever after was once happily ever before. It seems that the key to happiness ever after is happiness ever before that can only be possible in the happiness now.

You saw that too? Yes, the moment that we control of is now. If you and I make most moments happy, we would have created happiness ever before. May you live happily ever before!

F and F?

Not just your family and friends

What does F&F means to you? The hardest think to do? If you said that you 'd be right. At least that's what a lot of people think. "Forgive" is possible; "forget" happens all the time. What's your make again? mmm... you see!

Now put the two together; forgive and forget! That's a hard mix for most people. A few examples may help. She used you to steal your boyfriend. Forgive and forget?

Another example; he stole from, raped and abandoned you and your mother. She was mean, never supported you. He forgot your birthday and didn't even apologies for it.

Forgive and forget? Maybe you can if you just do. And most people say it's difficult and impossible. They just don’t realise how special a person you've become. You've learned to free yourself.

The Thinking Train

That thought he could

The story starts like this. There was a little train going up a hill. The little train kept saying to itself; "I think I can, I think I can…", and the little train could.

Your story goes on like this. You have a few challenges. Your challenges are... Go on finish the sentence. You challenges are... You need magical powers to solve these challenges.

Yes, you guessed it right; you'll need to complete the next statement too. You magically gained these powers... You surmount your challenges and overcome them in an instant and a few. You're the hero!

Did you remember to say "I think can?” Yes, say it, "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...” Let it repeat in you mind because you can. This is the story of the thinking you, who can

Running Home

Circles and straights

If you had to run, would you run in circles or in a straight line? If choose to run in circles, would you go right around or left around? Would it be a perfect line? Maybe it doesn't matter when you are running home.

Home is a simple place. But once you're lost, you will need a map or at least know what question to ask. The question may not seem logical, but ask it anyway, then listen for the answer that comes to you. Give the answer; it holds the secret that will open your eyes to the map behind the words.

There also are a few rules. Don't answer in the negative. Answer in the positive. You see the difference. Always give an answer even if you might think at first that you don't have one. Here is the first question;

What do you find the most wonderful about you? One question at a time; as many answers as you have. What do you find the most wonderful about your mind? What do you find the most wonderful about your eyes, your feet, your nose, your hands, you voice, you heart, your personality... One question at a time; at least one answer; as many answers as you have.

What did you say? oooh, you're wonderful. Yes, I see. Your eyes seem to be opening now. There's a new light and you are prepared to follow it. You found your map home. You've found your path. Yes you can take this new path.

My Place To Be

Where you should be too

My place to be is in my mind, my body and my spirit. Each has special characteristics. My mind is the world of logic, exciting enigma and puzzling challenge. It's about retrieving a fact and comparing facts. It's about using a precise method to chart a journey and follow a path.

My body is the realm of a sensation, beautiful, great sensation. It's the world of a tickle and a hitch. It's the rush a taste bud gets when a spicy piece of food interact with it. It's a game of touch and interaction. It's more than just a caress on my skin but also my muscle and my nerve inside.

My spirit is the territory of magic and a miracle. It's the space where spirits meet to form common mind and create. It's the home of the deepest silence and the loudest noise, the stage of the brightest day and the darkest night, all at the same time.

Join me here, in the spirit. We'll connect and create each other. Join me here in the body. We'll reach and touch each other. Join me here, in the mind. We'll exchange ideas and challenge each other. All three, it’s my place.

It's starts today

It always starts at a moment in time. That's the nature of starting, isn't it? Yet it's very hard to really pinpoint when it really started. When was that faint idea? Was that the first faint idea or it's just you didn't pick up the earlier faint ideas? Maybe it was always there, just waiting for it's time to change and continue transforming.

Here it is today, Enjoy!
